Walk-ins are welcome: you check in at the front desk. Online Check-In, through greatclips.com or the Great Clips app, adds you to the waitlist and shows estimated wait times, but it is not an appointment and does not cover perms or formal updos. You can ask for a particular stylist when you check in, which may lengthen the wait. Stylist schedules are not published, and stylists cannot be requested through Online Check-In.

Every appointment opens with a one-on-one consultation with your stylist before any cutting begins. According to the salon, its stylists are trained regularly in newer methods, modern looks and client service. The salon guarantees satisfaction with every haircut, and clients who have a concern are asked to raise it with the staff. Through Clip Notes, stylists can review technical records of haircuts done at any Great Clips location, so they know what was previously done.

The salon does not offer hair coloring. Perms are offered at some Great Clips locations, so confirm availability here. Hours are Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM.
