About

The salon is run by a local franchise owner as part of the Great Clips chain. Prices are set by that owner, so they can differ from other locations and may change, with taxes and fees added on top.

Visits begin at the front desk, where guests check in. Walk-ins are accepted, and online check-in lets people join the waitlist and see estimated wait times through the Great Clips website or app. Online check-in is not available for perms or formal updos. Guests can ask for a particular stylist at check-in, though that request may lengthen the wait, and stylist schedules are not published.

The menu covers adult cuts such as bobs, blunt cuts, bangs, layers, fades, crew cuts and undercuts, plus a separate child cut for ages 10 and under and a senior cut for 65 and over. Between cuts, bang trims and neck trims are available, and beard trims can be shaped to a preferred length. Hair styling comes in regular, long and formal options, including updos for short and long hair. Perms are offered only at some locations, and the salon does not provide hair coloring.

The team trains continuously on newer cutting approaches, contemporary looks, client care, and up-to-date barbering techniques. Great Clips keeps Clip Notes that record past haircuts, so any Great Clips stylist can recreate a previous cut. Haircuts are available to guests with sensory or special needs, and reasonable accommodations are considered. Great Clips stands behind its services and products with a satisfaction guarantee, and concerns are directed to the local staff. Evening and weekend hours are available.

Built around a set menu of cuts and styles, with walk-ins and online waitlist check-in as the main ways to be seen, and a satisfaction guarantee on every service.
