The Nashville Highway salon sits in the Kroger Center, next to a Pizza Hut. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Walk-ins are welcome and check in at the front desk, and evening and weekend hours are offered.

Each visit begins with a consultation before the haircut. Stylists take ongoing training in advanced techniques, current hairstyles and client care. Clip Notes keeps technical notes from earlier haircuts, so any stylist in the chain can repeat a look a client has had before.

Online Check-In lets people join the waitlist and see estimated wait times on the website or in the app. It works for every service except perms and formal updos. Clients can ask for a particular stylist at check-in, which may lengthen the wait, since stylist schedules are not published and stylists cannot be requested online.

The salons also take part in several community programs. Clips of Kindness offers complimentary clipper cuts for people in cancer treatment, Thank a Veteran offers free haircuts or haircut cards to service members and veterans on Veterans Day, and Wigs for Kids collects donated hair at participating salons.
