Haircuts cover men's cuts such as fades, crew cuts, undercuts and trims, and women's cuts such as bobs, blunt cuts, bangs and layers. There are separate prices for children 10 and under and seniors 65 and over, and a standard haircut is listed at $22. Additional haircare services include neck, beard and bang trims and shampoo, each listed at $10. Hair styling comes in regular, long and formal styles, including updos. Perms are offered at some Great Clips salons, availability varies by location, and they generally need an appointment. The salon does not do hair coloring.
Visits can be walk-ins, and the salon is open evenings and weekends. Online Check-In, through greatclips.com or the Great Clips app, shows estimated wait times and adds you to the waitlist; it is not an appointment and cannot be used for perms or formal updos. Every visit starts with a consultation with your stylist, and you can bring in a haircut lookbook image to guide the conversation. You can ask for a particular stylist at the salon after checking in, though stylists' schedules are not published.
The salon takes part in Wigs for Kids, where donated hair earns a free haircut at participating salons, and in Clips of Kindness, which offers complimentary clipper cuts to people undergoing cancer treatment. On Veterans Day it takes part in Thank a Veteran, offering free haircuts or haircut cards to active and veteran service members.
