Walk-ins are taken, and guests check in at the front desk. Online Check-In, through greatclips.com or the Great Clips app, lets you join the waitlist and see estimated wait times. It does not hold an appointment, and it cannot be used for perms or formal updos. You can ask for a specific stylist at check-in, though that may lengthen the wait.

Men's services include fades, crew cuts, undercuts and trims, and beards can be shaped to the length and outline you prefer. Women's services cover bobs, blunt cuts, bangs and layers. Children's haircuts for ages 10 and under and senior haircuts for ages 65 and over are $22 each, and a standard haircut is $24. Shampoo, neck trims, bang trims and beard trims are $10 each.

Stylists are trained in current haircutting and barbershop techniques and take ongoing training in advanced techniques, current hairstyles and customer care. They are experienced with kids and adults who have sensory or special needs and will make reasonable accommodations. The salon does not offer hair coloring.

The salon takes part in Clips of Kindness, which offers complimentary clipper cuts to people undergoing cancer treatment, and in Thank a Veteran on Veterans Day (November 11), which offers free haircuts or haircut cards to active and veteran service members. Stylists can also be asked to donate cut hair to Wigs for Kids; confirm whether this location participates.

Each visit begins with a personal consultation with the stylist, and clients can bring in a look from the Great Clips lookbook to guide it.

The salon says its design is focused on client comfort.
