Clients check in at the front desk, or join the waitlist through Online Check-In on the Great Clips website or app, which shows estimated wait times and does not hold a set time. Online Check-In opens five minutes after the salon opens, may be paused when the salon is busy, and is not available for perms or formal updos. Clients can ask for a particular stylist at check-in, though that may lengthen the estimated wait. Stylist schedules are not published.
