Eden Glen is a location within the Great Clips network, which the salon describes as having more than 4,400 salons across the United States and Canada. This shop is owned and run by an independent franchisee, who sets its own hiring and staffing. According to the salon, its stylists continue to learn through training that covers advanced methods, contemporary looks and client care, and they are trained in a range of men's cuts and children's haircuts.
The menu covers haircuts for men, women, kids and seniors. Men's cuts include fades, crew cuts, undercuts and trims, while women's cuts include bobs, blunt cuts, bangs and layers. Barbering services include neck trims, bang trims and beard trims, and shampoo comes with conditioner. For special occasions, the salon offers updos and formal styling for short and long hair. Perms are offered at some locations only, so the salon should be called to check availability. The salon does not offer hair coloring.
Walk-ins are welcome, and clients check in at the front desk. The salon is open evenings and weekends with no appointment needed, with hours of 9 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM to 3 PM on Sunday. Online Check-In through the Great Clips app adds clients to the waitlist and shows estimated wait times, but it does not reserve a time; it opens five minutes after the salon opens and cannot be used for perms or formal updos. Clients cannot choose a stylist through Online Check-In, though they can ask at check-in, which may lengthen the wait. Before each cut, the stylist talks through the look with the client, and an online haircut lookbook is available to help choose a style before a visit.
The salon takes part in Wigs for Kids, so donated hair can go to that program, and at participating salons the haircut is free when hair is donated. It also takes part in Clips of Kindness, which offers complimentary clipper cuts for people undergoing cancer treatment. The salon offers haircuts to people with sensory or special needs and will make reasonable accommodations. Senior and student discounts are offered at many locations, and the salon should be contacted to confirm. Each franchise decides which coupons it accepts, and the salon says complete satisfaction on services and products is guaranteed, with concerns raised with staff.
Each haircut starts with a personal consultation, and the salon is set up for walk-in convenience and customer comfort.
The salon describes itself as family-friendly and designed with customer comfort in mind.
