Membership covers services that insurance often does not, including annual adult preventive exams, women's exams with Pap, well-child visits, preventive vaccinations, preventive lab tests, full-body skin checks, and travel medicine advice. Members can have same-day or next-day visits, unlimited office visits, and 24/7 direct access to their provider by phone, text, or email. When they cannot get to the office, members can book virtual visits. Appointments run one to two hours.
Executive physicals are a separate offering. The practice lists a whole-body skin check, EKG, vaccinations as needed, vision and hearing screening, a health risk assessment, comprehensive lab testing, and biometric screening. Cancer screening for cervical, breast, and prostate cancer is included, along with colon cancer screening that uses alternatives to a colonoscopy. Lifestyle and nutrition coaching is part of the visit, which typically takes about an hour and a half.
Beyond preventive work, the practice treats acute and chronic conditions, including common illnesses, mental health concerns, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Chronic care covers ongoing conditions such as high cholesterol, asthma, arthritis, thyroid disorders, and COPD. The practice notes that chronic diseases generally require ongoing care rather than a one-time fix. Weight loss programs are medically supervised and can include exams and blood testing, with nutrition, exercise, and hormone-related planning. IV therapy delivers nutrients, electrolytes, and antioxidants directly into the bloodstream; the practice states that this may bring benefits such as increased energy and faster healing. The practice also provides in-house lab draws, specialist referrals, coordination of community services, and oversight of care during hospitalization.
New patients are asked to schedule an initial visit to establish care before telephone triage is available. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and cancellations are made by phone. Concierge enrollment is completed through registration paperwork, after which the office confirms receipt and sets up the account.
