Custom orders can use Brazilian hair in body wave, deep wave or kinky straight, in lengths from 14 to 26 inches and in black, brown or blonde. Clients choose from dome, adjustable or ventilated caps, with lace closure options. Ready-to-ship handcrafted wigs are listed between $825 and $1,095, and orders of $400 or more ship free.

For sew-ins and wigs, the hair must be bought from the stylist before the appointment is booked.

Every appointment requires a $50 deposit, and $45 of it goes toward the service total. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cancelling through the booking system forfeits the deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled through the confirmation email up to 48 hours ahead. Arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit, though the stylist decides whether a late client can still be served. Only the first appointment of the day has a guaranteed on-time start, and services are offered from age 12 and up. The shop also sells GB Hair Growth Oil at $19.99, made with rosemary and peppermint oils; its product page advises a 24-hour skin test first.

Each custom wig is designed around the client's preferences for texture, color, length and density.
