Eyelash services include classic, flat, mink, volume and hybrid sets, bottom lash extensions, and an LED gel option. Extensions are applied one to one with natural lashes, and fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks; a new set is needed if more than 4 weeks have passed or 20% or fewer lashes remain. Korean lash lifts and brow lamination are ammonia-free treatments with results lasting about 6 to 8 weeks, and both can be paired with a tint.

Booking is online and a debit or credit card secures the appointment. Permanent makeup requires a $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total, and a $25 consultation is applied to the treatment if the client goes ahead; clients with existing permanent makeup need a consultation, with photos emailed first. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, and cancellations, no-shows or late cancellations can forfeit the deposit or incur a fee. Cash, Venmo and Zelle are accepted, checks are not, and card-on-file payments carry a 4% processing fee. Children are not permitted in the studio, and prices may change without notice.

Each permanent makeup design is customized to the client's facial structure, skin type, undertones and goals, starting from a conservative shape and color, with education on healing included.
