Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Each plan starts with a consultation, and final pricing is confirmed at that consultation based on the client's goals. Prescription treatments are offered only after an in-person consultation with a licensed provider, who decides whether a treatment is appropriate. Hours are Tuesday from 12pm to 4pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm; the clinic is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

The menu covers Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau neuromodulators, hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers, Sculptra, Skin Pen microneedling, Perfect Derma Peel, Hylenex and Kybella. Dermal filler results show right away, with any swelling settling within a few days, and typically last six to eighteen months depending on the area and product. Sculptra is commonly started with about two vials, though one vial at a time is also an option. A Perfect Derma Peel session takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes, with peeling usually beginning around day three and downtime of about seven days. Microneedling is described as non-invasive with minimal downtime and suitable for most skin types. Hylenex effects are visible within 24 to 48 hours, and Kybella typically takes several sessions about a month apart.

Current prices are $15 per unit for Botox or $20 per unit for 20 units or fewer; $5 per unit for Dysport or $6.50 per unit for 60 units or fewer; and $14 per unit for Jeuveau or $18 per unit for 20 units or fewer. Dermal fillers are $699 per syringe for general areas and $1,099 for the nose. Sculptra is $800 per vial, microneedling and the Perfect Derma Peel are $400 per session, Hylenex is $299 per vial, and Kybella is $1,199 for two vials. Prices may change without notice.

A $50 non-refundable deposit reserves an appointment and is applied toward the service. The deposit is valid for 30 days from the original date, and rebooking after that requires a new deposit. At least 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule. No-shows forfeit the deposit, and late arrivals may lose treatment time but still owe the full payment. Treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and injectable sales are final once treatment is completed. Clients who receive botulinum toxin are advised to return within 14 days if more treatment is needed, and extra units are charged separately. Cash and major credit cards are accepted except American Express; personal checks are not.
