The laser menu is broad. It covers hair removal, lip plumping without needles, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, cellulite reduction, spider veins, acne and acne scar revision, snoring, and toenail fungus. The Fotona 4D Facelift is a non-surgical laser treatment that uses two complementary wavelengths, and the spa describes its results as natural-looking and long-lasting.
Non-laser options include neurotoxin injections using Xeomin, which relax the muscles behind dynamic lines such as those formed by smiling or frowning. Dermal fillers, gel-like substances placed under the skin, can add fullness or smooth the look of the face and can be used to restore volume to thin lips. Other treatments are PRP injections, which use the patient's own blood cells, microneedling, microdermabrasion, Dermafuse, and vitamin B12 shots.
Booking and payment terms are set out clearly. Services can be booked through the website or by calling for a quote. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for a first visit to check in and complete paperwork. Laser and body contouring appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel, and other appointments need 24 hours. Late cancellations carry a $50 fee or 50% of the service value, whichever is greater, and missed appointments are charged in full. Payment is by cash or major credit card, and checks are not accepted. Services are not refunded, and prices and services may change without notice.
