The first visit includes a personalized consultation and health review, full-mouth X-rays, a cleaning and an exam, followed by a discussion of treatment options with the dentist. Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras show images right away, and an intraoral scanner is used for digital impressions of single teeth or full arches. The practice's in-house dental lab makes oral appliances, including custom whitening trays, night guards, and appliances for bruxism and for sleep apnea as an alternative to CPAP machines.

Dentistry at the practice includes no-shot treatment, which uses Waterlase laser technology to numb many procedures without injections. Sedation is available as nitrous oxide, oral sedation, IV sedation or emergency sedation. Before any sedation, the dentist reviews medical history and current medications, and the cost depends on the level chosen and the length of the appointment. Same-day crowns are designed and placed in one visit using CEREC milling.

The Greenville office offers parking and space for patients with mobility needs, along with a flagstone building, natural light and a calmer, less clinical feel. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate are offered, along with soft fleece blankets, neck pillows, and headphones with music or the option to play one's own. An essential oil blend is diffused through the office, and patients can ask for quiet time with little conversation during the visit.

Spa services include photo facial (IPL), aromatherapy, laser pain therapy, laser tongue rejuvenation, Botox, EMFACE and EMSCULPT NEO body and face treatments, Exomind TMS sessions and reflexology. Oral dissolvable peptides are also offered, with the peptide chosen during a consultation. Additional spa services are available for an extra fee. The practice offers an in-house Dental Savings Plan, which is a dental discount plan and not dental insurance, along with flexible financing reviewed privately with patients.
