Appointments are booked online through the business's GlossGenius page. A consultation is a 30 to 45 minute discussion of skin concerns and starts at $25. New clients can book a 90 minute first visit that combines a skin consultation with a facial for $100, and the esthetician may suggest add-ons such as LED therapy, high frequency, nano infusion or gua sha during that visit.
The treatment menu covers acne, anti-aging, back and men's skin care. The Clear Complexion Acne Facial is a 75 minute treatment at $125 that includes steam, exfoliation, extractions, a treatment mask and LED light therapy. The Graceful Lift Facial is a 90 minute treatment at $170 that uses peptides and antioxidants, and the business says it addresses fine lines and has no downtime. The HydraGlow Revival Treatment is a 60 minute treatment at $200 combining diamond microdermabrasion and hydrodermabrasion with oxygen infusion and cryotherapy for the neck and decollete. Packages of three or six visits are priced below the single-visit rate, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and later changes incur a 50% fee. Clients have a 10 minute grace period, and arriving after it forfeits the deposit and cancels the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Mondays.
