The studio is an authorized BDR partner. BDR, short for Biotechnological Dermaceutical Reconstruction, is a medical beauty brand that was founded in Germany in 2005 and operates in 32 countries, according to BDR. The studio offers six BDR Therapy treatments: Fresh & Glow, Basic & Sensitive, Clear & Fresh, Cell Repair, Age Control and Focus. Separate BDR treatments cover microdermabrasion, enzymatic refresh, redness, stem cell rejuvenation, scarring, congestion and a combined facial with scalp care.

A first visit begins with a short consultation about skin type, concerns and wellness goals, so it is worth arriving about 10 minutes early. Guests are asked to report allergies or sensitivities at that point so treatments can be adjusted. Gratuity is not included in prices and is left to the guest. Booking 48 to 72 hours ahead is recommended, especially for weekends, special occasions and groups, which should be requested at least one week ahead. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice.
