Each provider runs their own schedule and manages their own client care, so bookings and treatment decisions sit with the individual practitioner.

The spa is on the second floor of Blue Zone Wellness Collective on Lake Forest Drive, reached by elevator, with parking in front of the building and in the parking garage. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, with the spa closed Sunday, Monday and Friday.

Facials include a Custom Blend Facial that starts with an individualized skin reading, a 90-minute version with red light therapy, and a 90-minute anti-aging and firming facial that adds red light and a peptide-rich mask. There is also a 50-minute facial aimed at breakouts on the back, two facials designed for men, a 30-minute Tune Up Facial, and a 45-minute Teen Facial that begins with a consultation. Massage options are relaxation or therapeutic sessions at 60, 90 or 120 minutes, plus a 25-minute leg and foot massage. Body massage visits should allow about 15 extra minutes for consultation before and after. Waxing covers the lip, chin, brows, sideburns and face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, bikini and Brazilian.

Clients are asked to take a warm shower before any body service or body wax and to share any allergies or medical conditions with their esthetician, since a contraindication may delay or deny a service. Prices are listed plus tax and may change without notice. Online booking, gift cards and memberships run through the Vagaro scheduling system, while massage appointments are arranged by phone. The spa also offers Self-Care Memberships, with the first payment taken when the membership is created and monthly payments processed on the 5th, and a What Love Does membership whose proceeds support facials and massages for people navigating cancer and their caregivers.
