The studio is set up for privacy and comfort, and the business says customer comfort comes first. The waxing table is adjustable in height, and there is a cushioned chair, so positioning and seating can be changed when it suits the service. Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius booking page, and clients choose the Women or Men category when they book, since not every service is offered in both.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The salon is closed on Thursdays. Clients are asked to complete an intake form about medications and topical treatments that could affect waxing at their first visit. The business reserves the right to refuse service.
For the best results, hair should be at least a quarter inch long in the area being waxed so the wax can grip. Clients are advised to avoid sun exposure on the waxed areas for up to 48 hours before the appointment and to skip caffeine and alcohol on the day. Brazilian and Manzilian services are not offered together with some other services. Arriving late is discouraged, since the specialist may already have started with the next client if the door is closed. No cancellation policy is in place at present, but habitual cancellations may lead to restricted online booking, a waitlist status or a 20% cancellation charge. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
