Every visit starts with a 30-minute consultation for $45. It includes a skin analysis, a check of skin type and tolerance, a custom treatment plan and product recommendations. Care is tailored to each client's skin type, lifestyle and specific needs.

The acne menu includes the Balancing Acne Treatment (45 minutes, $80), which aims to calm inflammation, regulate sebum, clear clogged pores and target acne-causing bacteria. The Clarifying Back Treatment (60 minutes, $80) is a back version of that service. Between acne facials, the LED & High Frequency Facial (40 minutes, $55) is offered, and existing acne program clients pay $35 for it. Pre-clear and post-clear treatments are listed as separate groupings.

Other services include the Brightening Facial with arbutin for hyperpigmentation and uneven tone, several anti-aging facials, Hydro-Facial tiers from a 20-30 minute HF Express up to a 1.5-hour version with microcurrent and oxygen, micro-needling (also called Collagen Induction Therapy), Nano Infusion with an optional CBD version, enzyme and chemical peels, dermaplaning, Skin Sheek radio frequency treatment for minor skin irregularities, and airbrush tanning. Add-ons include microdermabrasion, LED light therapy and peels. Clients can book online through a Glossgenius page. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged the full appointment amount, payable before the next visit. Late arrivals may have sessions shortened and are charged the full session. Young children are not permitted at appointments, and only service dogs are allowed. Phones should be silenced during treatments, and perfume or heavily scented clothing is discouraged. Appointments outside regular hours carry a 25% surcharge and cannot be booked online. A referral credit is available: a referred guest gets $20 off a service of at least $80, and the referring client receives a $20 account credit valid for six months. Client forms include a questionnaire, model release, acne treatment consent and client agreement.
