Visits start with a conversation. Haircuts begin with a consultation to settle on the desired length and overall look, and color services include a personalized consultation before any color is mixed and applied. Highlights are planned the same way, with the foil placement customized to the client.
The menu covers haircuts for adults and for children up to age 10, style refreshes and ends trims, and all-over color in permanent, demi, and semi formulas. Highlights come in mini (baby lights), partial, and full versions. Specialty services include blow outs, formal up-styles for special occasions, perms, relaxers, and retexturizing, plus waxing with a natural brow shaping option. Deep conditioning treatments are customized and can include a head massage.
