Lash work is the core of the menu. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume, wispy volume and mega volume styles, booked either as a full set or as a refill every two weeks. For parties, proms and weddings there is a cluster option without refill, which takes about 45 minutes. The menu also lists natural cateye classic and 3D hybrid sets without a stated price, and offers lash lifts, lash lifts with tint, and customizing of color, design, removal and lash bath, which takes about 20 minutes.

Brow and waxing services sit alongside the lash menu. Eyebrow tinting, hybrid tinting and lumination can each be paired with brow waxing, and waxing is available for the brows, lip, chin, underarms, half and full arms, half legs and full face. Nails cover regular, gel and spa manicures, pedicures, callus removal, dip powder, gel refills and full sets, with the option of a design.

Visits can take place at the salon or at a location the client chooses. For home, office and hotel appointments the provider brings the equipment needed and cleans up afterwards. Clients can send a photo of the look they want before booking. Anyone booking for someone else can enter that person's contact number and service address at checkout.

Booking requires a $15 deposit paid through the online app straight after the appointment is made, and the deposit is nonrefundable. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours ahead, and rescheduling has to happen at least 24 hours before the original time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit, and a $10 late fee applies to arrivals after the grace period. Refills for lashes and nails are expected every two weeks, and the business does not take responsibility for refills skipped beyond three weeks. Extra services such as soak-offs must be added at booking. Final payment is preferably made by Zelle or cash, and gift cards can be bought online and used for any service.

Services are offered both at the Trumbull salon and at the client's chosen location, with providers bringing their own equipment for home and office visits.
