Gorgeous Braids by Dee

Gorgeous Braids by Dee was started in 2018 by its owner, Dee, a knotless braid specialist. The studio describes itself as an all-inclusive braiding studio in Roswell, and it works by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday.

The menu centers on four braided styles: Knotless Braids, Boho Braids, Box Braids and Boho Bob. Knotless and Boho braids are lightweight and low-tension, and Boho Braids add human hair curls through the length and ends. Box Braids are the traditional knotted style with a structured finish. The Boho Bob is a shorter take on the Boho Braid, with a human hair blend and ends set and curled on rods, and it is limited to hair no longer than shoulder length.

Every visit includes a deep-cleansing shampoo and a restorative conditioning treatment using CÉCRED products, along with a blow dry. Braiding hair is pre-washed and soaked in apple cider vinegar before installation. Knotless, Boho, Boho Bob and Box Braids are expected to last four to eight weeks with proper care.

The studio offers a private, one-on-one setting, and high-speed WiFi is available in the studio suite. Dee serves clients in Roswell and throughout Atlanta and also travels to other cities for appointments.
