Every new patient starts with a 45-minute in-person consultation. The clinic describes these visits as personalized, with a treatment plan built for each patient. Treatment recommendations are made only after that in-person evaluation, and not every patient is a candidate for every procedure. A completed medical intake form is needed before the first appointment. When it is medically appropriate and the schedule allows, a treatment can be performed the same day as the consultation. The consultation fee is credited toward treatment.

The clinic's core services are laser hair removal and reduction, which it offers for all skin tones, including Fitzpatrick types I to VI, and CoolPeel and DEKA Pulse CO2 resurfacing. It also provides a range of non-ablative Moveo laser treatments and 1064 nm skin rejuvenation for pigmentation, vascular redness, texture and general rejuvenation. The clinic uses the DEKA Motus AZ+ platform for hair removal and skin rejuvenation, and the DEKA Tetra PRO CO2 laser for resurfacing.

Hair removal is paid per session, with no packages required. CareCredit is accepted, and eGift cards are available for its services. Existing CoolPeel patients book the second and later sessions at least four weeks after the previous treatment. Before a hair removal appointment, the area should be shaved 12 to 24 hours ahead, and waxing, tweezing, threading and sugaring should be avoided.

Care is built around a personal consultation, a treatment plan made for each patient, and one clinician who follows the patient through every step.
