Lash extensions are the core of the menu. A full set costs $180 and takes about 3.5 hours, and the signature full set is also $180. Fills are priced by what the set needs: a signature fill is $100 and takes about 2 hours, with fills recommended every two to three weeks; a mini fill is $75 and takes about 1.5 hours, for clients keeping roughly 70% or more of their lashes; a new-to-me fill is $145 and takes about 3 hours, for lashes applied by another artist. Lash removal is $45, takes 45 minutes, and must be booked within 10 days of the last lash service.

The Korean lash lift with tint is listed at an introductory price of $80 and takes about 1.5 hours. It includes the lift, the tint and conditioning treatments, and results depend on the natural lash cycle. Skin care includes the Express Dermaplaning Ritual at $55 for 45 minutes, which uses a sterile surgical blade and finishes with a cleanse, hydration and an SPF. The Angel Glow Ritual is $35 for 20 minutes and uses red LED light therapy along with a hand massage and scalp touch.

Clients are asked to arrive on time with lashes free of makeup, oils and residue, to avoid oil-based eye products beforehand, and to skip caffeine before an appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Payment accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash, and Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are available on qualifying orders.

Lash extensions are designed to feel lightweight and to be fitted to each client rather than one standard style, with natural lashes and eye health given priority.
