The studio describes itself as a private luxury hair studio. It is located on Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill, inside Sola Salon Studios, and clients receive the exact suite number and entry instructions by text before their appointment.

Appointments are one on one, so a client is never rotated between several people in the same visit. Each appointment is shaped around the individual, from the color formula to the finished look. The space is designed to feel calm and private, and clients are asked to keep their appointments one on one when possible.

Booking requires a deposit to reserve a time. New clients, and anyone adding a new service, must complete required forms before the appointment is secured. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours ahead; last-minute changes can mean the deposit is kept. Guests are not usually brought along, so anyone who needs to bring someone should ask in advance. Inspiration photos are welcome, and clients can message the studio before booking for help choosing a service.

Color work ranges from a maintenance refresh with gloss and a haircut, through partial and full blonding with gloss and a treatment, to longer transformations for major changes and corrections that need a customized plan. Gift certificates are available in set amounts or a custom amount from $10 to $1,000. They never expire, can be used for eligible services or products, and are final sale and not exchangeable for cash.

Each appointment is one on one and personalized, with the color formula and the finished look planned for the individual client.
