The Golden Hydration Package is a 1 hour 45 minute visit that includes a deep cleanse shampoo, deep conditioning and a blowout. It is designed to prepare hair for protective styles that are done later with another stylist or braider.
Silk presses are offered in three versions. The standard Golden Tresses Silk Press uses a round brush blowout and a hot tool to temporarily straighten natural, textured hair without chemicals. The K18 and Olaplex versions add a treatment before styling, and each takes longer.
Protective styles include Braid Down, a cornrow base that can be used under extensions, wigs, quick weaves or crochet hairstyles, along with two-strand mini twists and flat twists. Each style begins with a deep cleanse shampoo and a blowout.
For locs, the studio offers a Loc Retwist that twists and tightens new growth at the root, an Ultimate Loc Detox deep cleaning for locs that have not been retwisted or maintained in more than six months, and a Starter Loc Journey that starts with natural hair left to mat and twist into the foundation for locs.
