A visit often starts with a conversation. Consultations are free, and a consult covers your hair goals and what you like and dislike, with a later appointment booked only if you want one. Extension consultations are free as well. Shampoos include customized cleansing and conditioning products along with a scalp massage. Bang maintenance is offered to guests who already have bangs, while new bangs are booked after a consultation and do not include shampoo or blow dry.
Several color prices depend on how much product is used and how much time the service takes, so the listed amounts are starting points. Payment over time is available for orders of $150 or more. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Consultations come before most of the larger work, so the plan follows each client's hair goals, likes and dislikes.
