The business describes its work as luxury hair and makeup designed to photograph well. Each wedding is matched with artists based on availability. Every artist is licensed, certified, or working toward certification, and the company is licensed and insured. Training is provided to all stylists and artists, and optional skill workshops are held monthly.

Weddings can be booked from two to eighteen months ahead, and the business does not book weddings on December 24, 25 or 26. Bridal trial runs take place at the salon four to twelve weeks before the wedding and last one to two hours, ideally on a Friday through Monday. Office hours are Monday and Friday from 8:30am to 4pm, and most other communication is handled by email.
