Every treatment is customized to the client's skin, goals and preferences. The facial menu ranges from a 60-minute custom facial with a double cleanse, extractions and a custom mask, to a 75-minute Golden Glow Facial with oxygen infusion, and a 90-minute Zen Experience with aromatherapy massage. Customized chemical peels follow a deep cleanse and skin analysis, with options for pigment correction, acne clearing, a pregnancy-safe peel, a green tea peel and gentle resurfacing. There are separate treatments for men, including a men's custom facial and a microdermabrasion treatment using vortex-fusion technology. The Teen Glow Treatment is designed for ages 12 to 17 and ends with home care recommendations; teens who play sports are directed to the Athlete Facial instead. A two-hour Golden Soul Birthday Experience pairs a corrective facial with oxygen, LED light, lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha and massage in a decorated suite.

Clients are asked to avoid waxing or threading the treatment area for 24 to 48 hours before a facial, to pause retinol, acids and scrubs in the same window, and to share recent procedures or medication changes beforehand. Aftercare guidance advises avoiding strong actives and exfoliants for 72 hours and wearing SPF 30 or higher in daylight. The studio recommends most clients come in every four to six weeks, with the schedule set individually. The studio says there are no surprise add-on fees, that it has performed more than 500 facials, and that it offers a satisfaction guarantee. An online shop sells cleansers, moisturizers, exfoliators and a dark spot kit for home maintenance.
