The in-person version runs 45 minutes and covers a skin analysis, a review of lifestyle and current skincare routine, and suggestions for treatments and products to use at home. A virtual consultation over Zoom is also 45 minutes and uses live video and photos for the skin analysis. Facial options include a customized 60-minute facial with extractions and a massage, and a 90-minute customized facial. Dermaplaning is a one-hour manual exfoliation that uses a scalpel blade to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair. Chemical peels also take an hour and are preceded by a consultation to check whether the skin is a suitable candidate.

Brow services include a Signature Brow Bundle, which combines lamination, tint, waxing and mapping over about an hour, and a 45-minute Signature Brow Maintenance visit that refreshes lamination between appointments. Simpler options are a wax and shape or a tint and shape, both 30 minutes, with brow bleaching available on request. Lash services are a Korean lash lift with tint, taking about 90 minutes, and a 30-minute lash tint that can be combined with a lift. Waxing covers the upper lip, chin and underarms.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is closed Wednesday through Friday.

Treatments begin with a skin analysis and a review of the client's routine, and recommendations are shaped around what the consultation shows.
