Pedicures are a major part of the menu, from a Refresh pedicure at $43 up to a CBD pedicure at $93. Several are named for their features: the CBD pedicure uses a signature CBD oil with an ice ball massage, warm collagen socks and a hot stone massage, while the Chanel No5 pedicure adds a warm milk bath, a pedicure steamer, paraffin wax, a candle massage and a complimentary drink. Each pedicure uses a single-use disposable kit that is thrown away after each client.

Manicures range from a regular manicure at $30 to a Jo Malone Ultimate manicure at $75, which uses a Jo Malone sugar scrub, paraffin wax and body creme and includes complimentary gel polish. Nail enhancements include full sets and fills in regular polish, gel polish, color powder, ombre, sculpture and liquid gel. Dipping powder and Gel X sets are priced according to length, and the Structure manicure uses BIAB to add structure to natural nails.

Sanitation, disinfecting and sterilization are central to the salon's process. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, though a wait may apply when the salon is busy. Clients who are not satisfied are asked to say so before leaving so the team can help right away. Services are final, and no refunds are given once a service has started. Children under three years old are not allowed in the salon, and clients who bring a toddler may be asked to reschedule. Clients with three consecutive cancellations or no-shows are accepted as walk-in customers only.
