The space is described as clean, comfortable and refined. Guests are offered complimentary beverages and free Wi-Fi, and complimentary alcoholic drinks are limited to two per guest. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is recommended. Online requests are not confirmed until a team member reaches out, and requests made after hours are reviewed the next day. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9:30am to 7pm, and Sunday 12pm to 6pm, with the last customer accepted 30 minutes before closing.

The gold-themed services sit at the top of the manicure and pedicure menus. The 24K Imperial Gold manicure takes 70 minutes and the 24K Imperial Gold pedicure takes 90 minutes, both using real gold. The pedicure uses vegan, olive oil-based products. Other manicure and pedicure options include CBD treatments, collagen infusion, organic services, and the Golden Luxe and Golden Signature versions. Gel polish can be added to any manicure or pedicure for $18.

Nail enhancements cover Gel-X, hard gel, Poly Gel, Solar Nails, SNS dipping powder, Pink & White and Gel-Builder, with fills, fullsets and ombre finishes. French tips, deep arch French tips, cat eye, chrome and nail art are offered as add-ons. Waxing covers lip, chin, brows, underarms, arms, face and legs. Card prices run about $2 above cash prices on most services, and waxing prices may vary with hair length and area.

All services are non-refundable, though exceptions are considered case by case at management's discretion. Nail services carry a 7-day warranty. Services are not performed on anyone with an infection, cut or open wound. The salon does not provide ingrown toenail removal and recommends a licensed podiatrist. Headphones are required for videos or calls during a service.
