The studio focuses on hair only. Color is done with Davines ammonia-free color, which covers gray, and the menu includes root touch-ups covering up to about 1.5 inches of new growth, mini, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Toner can be added to adjust brassy or overly light hair. A free consultation covers color or a new cut. Cutting options include a signature haircut with consultation and a wash and style, a transformation cut for thick hair or a major style change that takes about 105 minutes, and a bang trim for fringe or face-frame layers, done on dry hair.
Other services include a keratin smoothing treatment that takes about three hours, and a shampoo, blow dry and customized Davines treatment. Gloss or toner add-ons refresh tone and shine between visits and can only be added to a haircut or color. Flat iron or curling iron styling is charged as an extra.
Appointment changes need 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules inside 48 hours are charged half the service total, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. A missed consultation carries a $25 fee. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
