Facial work starts with a skin assessment for the all-inclusive option, which may add microchanneling, electroporation, LED, oxygen or plasma. A mini facial covers double cleansing, dermaplaning, enzyme or bubble exfoliation, moisturizer and sunscreen, though extractions are not included. A lymphatic facial uses manual lymphatic therapy on the neck, decollete and face without extractions. The Crystal Peel is a four-session series of 45-minute visits that combines spicule, AHA and BHA exfoliation after a consultation. The spa describes its Lifting Facial, which pairs PDO thread collagen material with colloidal gold, as a medical approach to anti-aging. The mini facial, the all-inclusive facial and the Crystal Peel are for existing clients only. The spa also sells Korean skincare lines.

The massage menu includes therapeutic full-body work with Swedish or deeper techniques, customized full-body massage, prenatal massage performed side-lying, a foot treatment with acupressure, stretching and a salt or sugar scrub, a scalp-focused add-on, and an abdominal treatment that combines gentle massage with lymphatic drainage. An infrared sauna blanket session is offered in 30- or 60-minute versions. The spa advises clients to drink water before and after and to wear a thin long-sleeve shirt, long pants and socks. The sauna blanket is not suitable for pregnant clients or those who recently had plastic surgery.

Post-surgery care is a core part of the menu. Manual lymphatic therapy comes in 45- and 60-minute sessions, and a Signature Recovery Session covers clients who need more than a standard lymphatic visit, with optional myofascial release for scar tissue and massage on non-surgical areas. The spa does not remove stitches, reopen incisions, drain fluid from incisions or remove drainage tubes, but can refer clients to licensed providers for those needs. Plastic surgery clients are asked to share their name, referring surgeon and procedure when they reach out. Deep tissue massage is not performed on post-surgery clients. Waxing covers face, body and intimate areas, and pre-purchased packages are available for certain waxes.

Booking runs online, including rescheduling and cancellations. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and payments are non-refundable and do not roll over for late changes or no-shows. A missed package appointment counts as a service used from the package. Some services take a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due at the visit. Manual lymphatic therapy should be booked at least 30 days ahead, and consent forms must be completed before the appointment.

Services are offered by appointment, with facial plans shaped by a skin assessment and post-surgery work built around manual lymphatic therapy and referrals for procedures outside the spa's scope.
