Consultations are free: color consultations run 15 minutes and let the stylist review hair, lifestyle and routine before a service, cut consultations run 15 minutes, and extension consultations run 20 minutes. Cuts and blow-dries are customized to the client. Smoothing options include a Brazilian Blowout made with a formaldehyde-free formula and a Stem Cell Smoothing Treatment for frizz.
