Salon hours are Monday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The salon is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Appointments outside those hours are charged at 1.5 times the original service price.

Color pricing is set item by item and depends on how long the hair is (short, medium or long) and how much time the work takes. Foil-based services can take add-ons such as gloss, shadow roots or a treatment, and those extras are not part of the base price. Transformations and lived-in color are billed at $200 per hour and can run four to six hours or more. Color correction is priced only after a consultation. A booked color consultation includes 15 free minutes; any additional time is charged and agreed with the client beforehand.

The extensions team offers weft, hand-tied, invisible bead, K-Tip, I-Tip, tape-in, halo and clip-in extensions, and handles installation, move-ups, customization and removal. The complimentary extensions consultation lasts up to 15 minutes. A comprehensive extensions consultation can be booked online, where the team assesses hair needs, matches color, discusses length and style, and builds a personalized plan.

Wigs and toppers are customized human hair pieces, with fit adjustments, clips, tapes, attachment methods, cutting and styling, and custom color matching available after consultation. Existing hairpieces can also be serviced, subject to assessment. A free 30 to 45 minute try-on is offered, with 10% off the first wig or topper bought during that visit. The salon also offers non-surgical hairpiece options and men's hair systems, with a complimentary initial consultation and matching.

Booking policies: appointments require a valid credit card and at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Late changes, late arrivals and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled services. A 50% deposit is required for extensions and for balayage, foil highlights, color corrections and keratin treatments; deposits are refunded with 48 hours' notice. Concerns about a cut or color can be raised within 7 days for adjustment at no charge, while added products or services are charged.

The salon considers each client's hair condition, facial features, skin tone, personal style and long-term goals before recommending a service.
