The menu has three main parts. Facials range from a teen clear-skin treatment and a men's facial to lymphatic drainage, enzyme-based and anti-aging options, and the Goji HydroGlow Facial, which combines several devices. Scalp services include the Singapore Technique scalp massage, which is offered to men and women and runs about 30 minutes, and longer scalp-and-facial combinations. Waxing covers full-face and full-leg waxing for women, with monthly membership plans.

Every visit starts with a personalized consultation. First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, mention any skin concerns or allergies beforehand, and avoid makeup before a facial.
