The acne program starts with a Face Reality Consultation at $160, which is required to join. Treatments are scheduled every 2 to 4 weeks, or as virtual check-ins at $75, for at least 90 days. Participants follow home care twice daily, receive lifestyle coaching and use products bought through the business; outside products need approval. Initial products are listed at roughly $230 to $240 or more, plus tax and shipping where applicable. All acne program sales are final. The business says its program has a 90%+ success rate with dedicated use and that most clients clear within 3 to 6 months; these are its own figures. Acne bootcamp packages and a free report on foods and habits to avoid are also offered. Participants under 18 must have a parent attend all appointments.

Virtual service began in 2020 and includes video consultations and monthly skin care shipments. A 30-minute FaceTime Virtual Consultation at $70 is used to update home care. Waxing is available for face and body, and chemical peels are booked as a series of 3 to 6 treatments at $250 per peel session. Peels can be booked once a client has had a facial at the studio.
