The spa puts the client experience first. It aims to teach clients about their own skin and to keep the visit calm and relaxing.

The facial menu includes a Classic Facial at $60, which covers cleansing, toning, enzyme treatment, facial massage, a mask, serums, moisturizer and SPF. An Acne Detox Facial at $90 adds extractions and high frequency machine use. An LED Light Therapy Facial at $100 adds light treatment for the face and neck. Back facials follow the same structure, at $90 for the classic version and $115 for the acne-focused one.

Skin care services include chemical peels at $90, offered in glycolic, lactic, TCA and salicylic formulations, and an Ultimate Chemical Peel at $125. The spa notes that the Ultimate peel's peeling period is most likely 5 to 12 days. Other options are Diamond Microdermabrasion at $115, Microcurrent at $100, Microneedling at $175 and Microneedling with LED Light Therapy at $200.

Sauna blanket sessions are priced by length: 15 minutes for $25, 30 minutes for $50, 45 minutes for $75 and 1 hour for $90. Time is increased gradually, starting at 15 minutes. The spa says sauna blanket use may help with muscle soreness, joint pain and stiffness, and promotes circulation.

Services are by appointment only, booked by calling or texting. Hours are Monday to Friday 5 pm to 7:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 7 pm. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving late cuts into the appointment time, and clients more than 10 minutes late must reschedule. Payment is collected before the service, and cash, card and pay apps are accepted. Contact details are collected on arrival and an intake form must be completed before services. Clients under 14 are not allowed, and those aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Pets are not allowed except professionally trained service animals, and outside food and alcohol are not permitted. Non-English speakers must bring an English-speaking translator. Skin care product sales and gift certificates are final and non-refundable, and gift certificates must be used within a year of purchase. Expired Groupons are not accepted, and the spa may refuse service for any reason.
