The Hair Lounge works by appointment only and is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. The Nail Lounge is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and welcomes walk-ins. Online booking is available with next-day appointments. Prices can vary by professional tier, and extra time or applications may add to the cost. A $15 late fee applies when a client arrives 10 minutes late.
In the lounges, hair services cover locs, braids, hair extensions, takedown removal and kids styles, while nail services include acrylic and Gel X sets, manicures, pedicures, nail design add-ons, soak off and gel removal, and nail care treatments. Memberships run without contract and can be cancelled at any time: the Express Membership is $99 a month for two express services, the Signature Membership is $149 a month for two signature services, and the Refresh Membership is $99 a month for two refill services and two enhancements. Prepaid passes are also sold: the Express Mani Pass is $500, the Express Pedi Pass is $600 and the Express Facial Pass is $700, each covering 12 services valid for 12 months. Pass credits do not expire, and pass holders receive 10% off enhancements and retail products.
On-demand services, which can be booked for the client's own location, include makeup artistry, nail artistry, lash extensions, hair styling and cutting, braids, locs and protective styles, professional skincare treatments, pre-natal massage, therapeutic and sports massage, and lymphatic drainage massage for post-op recovery and weight loss. Sports and therapeutic massage are offered to professional and student athletes. Special event work is also offered for weddings, corporate events, photoshoots, fashion shows and spa parties.
The business states that its beauty and health professionals are board certified and licensed. It also sells its own Goddess Lynx Cosmetics line of body care, hair care and skin care products, which it describes as chemical free, 100% natural and non GMO.
