The menu runs from dry cuts, barbering and bang or fringe trims to curly cuts for all curl types, round-brush and flat-iron blow dries, and curl sets. Chemical and smoothing services are also offered, including Mizani relaxer, keratin smoothing and four levels of QiQi curl-control treatment, from minimum to maximum. Color work covers single color for new growth, grey coverage, full highlights, and creative color priced by the hour. Add-ons include toner and gloss, hydrating or scalp masks, a pre-shampoo clarifying step, LOC retwists and weave take-down. One-on-one sessions with travel are available.

Some services need planning ahead. A free 30-minute consultation is offered, and creative color begins with a consultation and a $15 deposit. New clients booking QiQi treatments pay a $30 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free. A cancellation within 24 hours of a standard appointment incurs a $25 fee, and within 24 hours of an appointment of two hours or more the fee is $50. No-call, no-show visits are charged the full price of the service booked. Late clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which they are asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee applies.

The studio is open Monday to Wednesday from 10 AM to 10 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 10 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Consultations come first for color and treatments, and each service is shaped around the client's hair.
