The salon works by appointment only and opens Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last booking at 5:00 PM; it is closed on Sundays. Every service begins with a consultation to talk through the result the client has in mind, and the final price is confirmed with the client before the service. Keratin pricing is settled at that consultation.

Color is a central part of the work. Balayage is hand-painted lightener placed on the surface of the hair without full-head foils, then finished with toner and a treatment. A full balayage takes about four hours including consultation, and the price is set before the work starts. The salon keeps its number of color clients low each day so the painting is not rushed. Balayage results generally hold three to five months before regrowth shows, and the toner is refreshed every eight to ten weeks. Foil highlights are also offered, with partial or full options chosen at consultation, and they need upkeep every two to three months.

Smoothing and perm services round out the hair menu. Keratin treatments come in three lengths, short, medium and extra-long, and typically last three to five months depending on washing and shampoo. Women's and men's perms are available, with results lasting about three to six months. Haircuts are offered for straight, wavy and curly hair.

Brow lamination shapes the brows upward and sets them along their natural growth direction, giving a groomed look without daily makeup or gel. The salon checks the skin before starting, and clients with sensitive skin are asked to mention it when booking. Makeup is available for weddings, quinceañeras and events, as well as natural looks for interviews, photo sessions and nights out, and it can be added to a hair appointment during the same visit.

The salon is about five minutes from the Madera Walmart, with a private parking lot directly in front of the suite. It is roughly 15 minutes from Chowchilla, 20 minutes from Fresno and 25 minutes from Clovis by car. Clients can book by phone, by text message, or through the booking button on the website.
