Body waxing is the core service. Waxing removes hair from the root and uses hard wax or soft wax. Bookable options include New Wax Babe for new clients and for clients who have not had a Brazilian wax from GMLAB in the past 60 days, and Wax Babe Loyalty Lounge for clients who have had a Brazilian wax from GMLAB in the past 60 days. Vajacials and a Wax Babe 6 Month Budget option are also listed.

Body contouring uses low-level energy and sound-wave frequencies intended to break down fat cells. The business describes the treatment as non-invasive with no downtime. Contouring packages can be scheduled around the client's menstrual cycle, and the treatment is not booked during the menstrual cycle, for clients under 18, for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, or for clients with certain listed medical conditions.

Deposits or retainers range from $5 to $200, depending on the service, and are deducted from the total. They are non-refundable and due at booking. Clients who pay only the deposit settle the balance at the appointment, in cash or through the booking site. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations forfeit the deposit or retainer. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late are charged a $10 late fee, and no-call no-shows are charged the full amount. Extra guests are only allowed if they are also receiving a service.

Waxing is not booked for clients who have had chemical or skin peels, have a rash or warts in the treatment area, have a skin condition affecting the skin barrier, or are taking acne medication such as Accutane. Appointments are not booked for clients with flu or COVID symptoms, or who had contact with someone with flu or COVID in the past 14 days.
