Every appointment is planned around the individual client. Mo spends time learning about each client's skin and concerns before building a treatment plan, and advanced treatments begin with a skin assessment and a suitability check. If a different treatment would suit the skin better, the appointment can be changed.

New clients receive an intake form after booking that asks about skin concerns, current products and recent treatments. The first visit includes a complimentary skin consultation and runs about 10 minutes longer to allow for it.

The studio offers a Signature Treatments group with three facials: a recommended first facial for new clients, an extended version with optional enhancements, and a maintenance facial for returning clients. The Advanced Treatments group covers peels for the face and back and a three-step renewal session. Other groups cover HydraFacials, lash lifts and spray tans.

Booking is done online through the website. The shop also carries Circadia and Le Mieux products.

Treatment plans are built around each client's skin after time spent understanding their concerns.
