Appointments carry a few firm rules. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancelling needs 24 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for lateness and are asked to call if they will be late. A no-call, no-show results in termination of the client's account and the full amount being charged. Membership months do not roll over, and all sales and services are final. Service concerns can be reported by phone at (585) 287-5515.
