The menu is grouped into face, body, and intimate services, plus add-ons and memberships. Face waxing covers ears, lip, nostrils, sideburns, chin, eyebrows, cheeks, and full face. Eyebrow visits can be a cleanup that keeps the current shape or a mapping appointment that designs a new shape suited to the face. Body waxing covers underarms, arms, back, full butt, legs, and full stomach, with prices that start at a set amount for a given time. Intimate services include a bikini line wax, a bikini full wax that is similar to the Brazilian but leaves out the butt strip, a Brazilian that clears the front, middle, and butt strip where a strip or shape can be kept if preferred, and a vajacial designed for vulva anatomy that includes the Brazilian. A Brazilian plus full legs service is listed for female anatomy only. Vajazzling, high frequency, and a jelly mask are available as add-ons.

Hours are Monday 8 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday 4:30 PM to 10 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed Thursdays and Sundays. After-hours appointments can be requested at no charge. Wednesday special pricing applies to a few services only when booked on a Wednesday. New clients booking a Brazilian, bikini full, or the Brazilian plus mask special pay a deposit at booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit.

Before a visit, hair should be at least three weeks long, and waxing every three to six weeks is considered ideal depending on the area. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine, lotions, and oils that day and not to shave in between. For the day after, heat, sweating, sun exposure, and tight clothing should be avoided for 24 hours, with gentle exfoliation starting two days later. A no-show, cancellation, or reschedule made less than 12 hours ahead incurs an 80% fee on the card on file, and future bookings stay paused until that balance is cleared. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling if the slot cannot be accommodated. Memberships give 12 services for the price of 9 for the specific service purchased, can be paid in full or in three equal payments, expire 24 months after purchase, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount and are final once sold.

Waxing is kept unhurried and low-pressure, with time built into each booking, clear prep and aftercare guidance, and calming add-ons available for skin care after a service.
