The acne program starts with a 45-minute consultation, which can be done in person or virtually. In-person clients begin with a full skin care regimen before treatments go ahead, and the treatments and regimen are charged separately. Virtual clients receive their products shipped directly to them. Acne consult clients also have biweekly check-ins to review progress, which can be done by Zoom or FaceTime if a visit isn't possible. The Acne Bootcamp Treatment is a 60-minute session, and clients are expected to be ready to buy a full regimen to start that day.
Facials include a Teen Facial, open only to clients 17 and under, a Glowing Customized Facial, a Glowing Dermaplane Facial, an Express Dermaplane facial, and a Chemical Peel facial. The customized and dermaplane facials follow a set sequence of a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask, and a hydrating lip treatment. Chemical peels are selected based on skin concerns and skin type, and they are used for fine lines, hyperpigmentation, acne, and the look of pores. Dermaplaning can be added to a chemical peel facial.
Procell Therapy is a 90-minute facial that uses microchanneling with stem cell serums. Clients stop actives, retinols, and exfoliation for 7 days beforehand, and the treatment comes with a stem cell aftercare kit for home.
Back treatments include a Glowing Back Facial, which covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a custom mask, and a hydration finish, and a Back Chemical Peel aimed at breakouts, uneven texture, and discoloration. Brow services include waxing, tinting, a wax and tint combination, and brow lamination with brow mapping and waxing, with or without tint. Lip and chin waxing is also offered, and brow lamination includes a take-home oil for daily use.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday closed. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Treatments are built around each client's skin, with a structured routine for acne care and a set sequence for the customized and dermaplane facials.
