Facials range from a one-hour Euro Glow Facial, suited to first-time clients, which covers deep cleansing, exfoliation, gentle extractions, a nourishing mask and massage, to the Xpeel 5 Glow Facial, a series-based option priced at $449.99. The Xpeel uses an acid blend to smooth surface texture, fade discoloration and sharpen clarity, and includes post-care. Between them sit the Slow Sculpt Facial, which pairs massage with Gua Sha across the face, jaw and neck; the Channel Glow Facial, which uses fine micro-filaments to deliver serums and includes numbing and post-care; and the Glow Buffed Facial, a microdermabrasion service that combines fine crystals with vacuum suction, followed by a custom mask and a hydration finish.

Lash services cover classic single extensions, hybrid sets that mix single lashes with volume fans, and several volume styles, from a soft everyday look to a dark, dramatic set. Lash sets start at $65 and take 45 minutes or more. Fresh Start Lash Removal is available for clients leaving other sets, starting at $30 with the final price depending on the time taken.

Body sugaring covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, plus a men's back and shoulders option, with the shortest services at 15 minutes. Small add-ons for high frequency, stones and microdermabrasion can be added to facial visits. The studio does not fill over lash work done by other artists.

Alongside appointments, the studio sells skincare, brow and lash products through an online shop, along with Gua Sha tools. DIY lash kits include the Lash Link kit, which the studio says takes about 8 minutes to apply at home, and the Hera, Iris and Nyx DIY Lash Studio Kits, each in several lengths. Online orders ship by USPS within the United States only, usually the same or next business day, and returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Ashley aims for each appointment to leave clients time to slow down and feel listened to.
