The studio follows a less-is-more philosophy, aiming for natural results and treatments customized to each client. The goal is to look refreshed and still like yourself. The founder uses the word irie to describe the good vibes, relaxation and comfort in one's own skin that she hopes clients leave with. The space is described as private, relaxed and welcoming, and the business describes its products as premium and medical-grade.

Every visit is arranged in advance. Clients book, reschedule and cancel through Fresha by way of the Book Online button. Anyone hoping for a spot that opens up at the last minute can join the waiting list. Weekend time goes first to current clients and approved visits, while new clients or consultations on weekends need prior authorization and a deposit. A $50 convenience fee may be added for arriving early or for a longer appointment. Phones are to be switched to silent.
