The facial menu has three levels. The Express Facial is a 30-minute treatment at $65. The Facial is a 50-minute treatment at $99 for a range of concerns, including acne, aging and brightening. The Custom Facial is an hour at $125, starting with an in-depth skin analysis, then customized treatment that can include chemical peels, dermaplaning or an additional therapeutic mask.

Lash and brow services cover brow tinting in a range of darker shades, lash tinting that darkens lashes for up to 4 weeks, brow lamination at $75 that lets brows be brushed into a chosen direction and stays for a semi-permanent period, and a lash lift at $75 that curls lashes upward over about 1 hour 15 minutes. Brow tinting can tint the skin under the brows for 24 to 48 hours. Full body waxing is also offered.

Skincare products can be bought online through a Fresha store, including post-wax care, cleansers, treatments and moisturizers. According to the Fresha booking profile, the business has a 5-star rating from 5 votes.

Deposits are required for future bookings after a no-show, or a cancellation or reschedule request within 24 hours of the appointment. Deposits go toward the appointment total. A deposit booking may be rescheduled once if requested more than 24 hours ahead, and a deposit is forfeited if a deposit-required appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours. A referral program gives the referrer and a new client 50% off a service when the new client books. Policies may be updated at any time.
