Service and package sales are final, with no monetary refunds, though unused services or packages can be converted to account credit. Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, and patients may request a service adjustment within 7 days of an appointment. Unopened skincare can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days, and gift cards do not expire. Before-and-after photos are not shared publicly without explicit written consent.
